There were a lot of special things about Ben and Leah's big day! Leah was referred to us by her friend, Sarah. They were bridesmaids in each other's weddings and it was so fun to work with both of them as brides and bridesmaids! And, Leah's wedding was at The Foundry at Puritan Mill, which is where I got married back in 2012 and I always love being back in that gorgeous space.
Ben and Leah wanted a classic, romantic day that ended in an awesome dance party and that's exactly what they got! The ceremony was simple and sweet with beautiful draping. The florals and decor complimented the space, instead of taking away from it.
The reception was high-energy and fun. Instead of a buffet, they went for stations, which kept people mingling. The cakes were incredible! As a UGA fan, I was in love with the groom's cake, which was a replica of Sanford Stadium. But let me tell you, the cheesecake filling on the wedding cake was TO DIE FOR! They also provided a late night snack of nachos and soft pretzels for their guests.
Want to keep your dance floor packed? Have a great band and a great wedding party! They danced all night long. Even one of the bridesmaids who was eight and a half months pregnant was out there breaking it down! Half way through the night, we brought out sunglasses and glow sticks. That ignited the party all over again!
This day was one for the books! Such a sweet couple, amazing friends and family and a party that rivaled most. Thank you, Ben and Leah, for trusting us with your day!
